We have small groups for all ages on Sunday mornings starting at 9:30a. Below you will find the descriptions of all the different small groups we have to offer at FBC Perry. Any teachers or helpers serving with the High School kids on down through all ages are given a background check by Ministry Safe a trusted Background check company. We hope to see you soon!
Our Classes:
Nursery (0-2)
Welcome to our Nursery Sunday School class! If you have children of the ages 0-2 this is a class where your children will be provided with a safe, loving, and caring environment where their needs will be met. Here they will be able to experience the love of Jesus though developmental-appropriate activities such as gentle songs, simple bible stories, as well as interactive play. Join us in creating a foundation of faith from the very beginning!
PreK-Kindergarten (3-5)
Our Pre-K through Kindergarten class is a fun, faith-filled experience for children ages 3-5. In this class, children are introduced to Bible stories, songs, and age-appropriate activities that help them to understand God’s love in a fun and interactive way. Our teachers ensure that every child feels safe, cared for, and encouraged to develop their faith and build friendships.
1st through 3rd Grade (6-8)
Our 1st- 3rd Grade Sunday school class is an exciting and engaging environment for children ages 6-8 to dive deeper into God’s word while building lasting friendships. As children grow, we encourage them to also grow in their faith by exploring age-appropriate Bible stories and discovering how to live out their faith at their age through hands-on activities and fun games. Our teachers create a space that encourages children to ask questions and develop a strong foundation for their spiritual journey.
4th through 6th Grade (9-11)
Our 4th-6th Grade Sunday School class is a fun and exciting place where children ages 9-11 are able to grow deeper in their walks with Christ, learn how to apply Biblical truths to their everyday lives, and build lasting friendships along the way. Students will be engaging in deeper Bible lessons, discussions, and interactive activities all used to teach them a better understanding of God’s love, mercy, and grace. This class is an exciting opportunity for children to strengthen their faith and prepare for the next steps in their spiritual journey!
Youth (7th -12th Grade)
Our Youth Sunday School Class is a dynamic and engaging community where students come together to grow in their faith, make lasting friendships, and have fun! To foster deeper connections and create a safe space to share openly and grow, our group is split into male and female small groups for Sunday school. We gather every Sunday to explore God’s Word through Bible study and thought-provoking discussions to allow the students to dive deeper in their faith.
Young Adults
Our Young Adults Sunday school class is a loving community designed for individuals navigating the exciting and changing seasons that early adulthood can bring. Whether you’re in college, beginning your career, or starting a family, this class offers a place for you to grow, connect, strengthen your faith in an encouraging environment. Each Sunday, we engage in Bible studies, discussion, and dive deep into God’s Word.
Women's Class
Our Women’s Sunday School class is for our adult ladies who come together to grow in their faith, share life experiences, and encourage one another through prayer and fellowship. We meet every Sunday morning to study God’s Word, have open discussion, and encourage one another. This is a place for women to grow deeper spiritually, have meaningful conversations, and create lasting friendships.
Men's Class
Our Men’s Sunday School class is for our adult men who gather to study God’s Word, share life experiences, and support one another in prayer and encouragement. This class is focused on deepening our faith as well as building strong, lasting relationships with other men in the church. This class creates a space for spiritual growth, meaningful conversations, and strong bonds as we walk together in life seeking to honor God in all we do.
Families 1
Our Families 1 Sunday School class is designed for families with young children, offering a supportive and engaging environment where married couples can grow together in their faith. Each Sunday, we engage in Bible studies, open discussions, and practical application that help strengthen family relationships and deepen our individual walks with God. Join us as we learn, grow, and build lasting connections with one another.
Families 2
Our Families 2 Sunday School class is a vibrant group designed for families with middle school to high school age children. Each week, we dive into God’s word, have open discussion, and discover how to practically live out our faith in our everyday lives. This class offers a great opportunity for families to connect, learn, and grow together in their faith journey
Builders
Our Builders Sunday School class is designed for adults who are empty nesters and are in the midst of their prime working years. This class offers adults to grow in their faith while building strong foundations for their personal lives, careers, and families. Each Sunday, we engage in interactive Bible study and open discussion on how to apply what we learned in the lesson to our daily lives. This class offers a supportive community where adults can find encouragement, share experiences, and grow together as we build our lives on the foundation of God’s Word.
Builders 2
Our Builders 2 Sunday School class is designed for adults who are in the later stages of their careers or have previously retired. This class focuses on spiritual growth, life transitions, and strong connections. We engage in Bible study and open discussion as we navigate the changes that come with this season of life. This class offers supportive community where we build each other up in faith to continue to live out God’s purpose in our lives.
Explorer 1
Welcome to our Sunday School class specifically designed for men and women in their 70s and beyond. This class offers a warm, inviting environment where you can grow in your faith, reflect on God's word, and connect with others who share similar life experiences. Whether you’re a lifelong churchgoer or new to the faith, this class will encourage and inspire you to live out your faith with joy, hope, and purpose in your golden years.
Explorer 2
Because our church is blessed with mainly men and women in their 70s and beyond, the Explorer class is broken up into two classes. This creates more of a small group atmosphere which makes it easier to have open discussion. Come join us as we dive in God’s Word on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM.
